About Beara Bakes Beara Bakes is a community-focused bakery rooted in seasonal menus, thoughtful sourcing, and doing things the right way—even when it takes more time. We make everything in-house and work as a tight team to support daily service, special events, and monthly offerings like Supper Club and Night Beara. The Role A hands-on production role focused on the daily production of seasonal pastries. You’ll be responsible for executing recipes consistently, maintaining a clean and organized workspace, and supporting the flow of the kitchen from prep through service. This position requires reliability, attention to detail, and comfort with early mornings and weekend shifts.
